ok so we have equipment failure, personable types that are somewhat immune, company policy and preparedness, great.
When task delegation occurs and u think its getting work out of your hands, it creates stress cos your still responsible to some degree, hence management (of people) incurs stress.

Does sitting on ur backside, long haul stress u?? Not so much if at all psychological but physically?
What about unfavorable crew or working enviroment such as the people at ur office?
