Quite frankly, I can't remember ever having a particularly stressfull period on the flight deck...very busy, yes, but highly stressful, no.
Having said this, mostly flew long haul, with plenty of fuel available (general company policy...usually) and considered long haul to be a different kettle of fish than short haul/multi sector days.
Now find myself in management, where long days are sometimes the norm...and look like getting longer still.
No problem there either, as stress is not...or does not appear to be a particular concern.
One day at a time.
If the in-box is not emptied...leave it for tomorrow.
