Life cover for pilots
I am in the throws of buying a house and a condition of my mortgage is that I need life cover insurance. I have today found out that because I am a professional pilot and deemed to be involved in a high risk job the premiums are double that of someone like a lorry driver who doesnt have a high risk job.
What rubbish...does anyone know a pilot friendly company out there?. The good news is that the double premium only lasts for the the next 20 years and then drops to the "normal rate". Just about the time when I shall be thinking about retirement idiots..........
