Somebody asked for some constructive feedback to a question. Not an open forum to bitch AGAIN about management. That was done on another thread.
Maybe its for the best that people who are so anti the company leave to make way for new blood.
I have worked for the company for a few months now and see nothing of what is mentioned above.
Interview Tips :
If you have a knowledge of where the company came from, where it is now and where it is going in the future.... This looks good in a B Med interview!
Knowing the BA product. For example..... BA Executive Club, The different levels etc. One World and how this is a benefit to passengers. Why the BA brand is good for B MEd.
Also have some examples of times when you have demonstrated good customer service, what you would do if you saw someone stealing from the bar, what you would do if you were down route and nobody called you to go out, difficult crew members in the galley etc. How would you deal with all these situations.....
