first of all, i do like easyjet. Your cabin crew are generally well turned out, appear to be well trained and curteous. however, some of you say" don't mention easy in the same breath as BMI and ryanair. well, ryanair have been posting profits for a far greater number of years than easyjet. you also mention that the BMI and Ryanair don't know how to treat there customers right. well if easyjet call delaying the edi to stn flight from 9.25 till 16.40 as treating there customers right, and having yet another delay on the return from stn to edi a week later, well an own goal i think. you need to get your fundamentals right before you can become a prettender to the 'low cost throne'.
i am not implying that ryanair hold this title you understand.
Ryanair may be **** but they are a damsite more ontime than easy.
