They really don't care about facilitating young guys into their dream profession.
Unfortunately this is the case, however few airline are interested. Only the minority are involved with sponsorships. Little unfair to nail Ryanair alone on this one.

This is just not true, the cost of the case will be directly charged and if you choose not to carry one you will get the flight extremely cheap.

Could you justify that comment with some facts? All the crew I personally know love working for the company.

MOL is not just ruthless, he is a shark.
He is also a clever guy. All the press about the baggage gave the company free advertising. Just the public take time to adjust to new ideas.
