Mooney 12, Why the negativism to Ryanair?
The public image of Ryanair on Customer Service Grounds is quite justified. This stems from the decisions made by Ryanair Management and the press involvement.
The product Ryanair sells unfortunately produces this negative public image.
However from working with Ryanair crew. I have been extremely impressed with their professionalism and drive to do a great job.
Many of them enjoy the job and the pay they receive.
Subject to many of the negative posts on this forum.
Would it really be a terrible first job? Brand New 737-800 Fleet (most under 5 years old)
Bothers me the negative comments made about Ryanair that are generally unjustified.
Just how I see it.
