I have written to the Exec Club but y'all probably won't hear anything.

Just wanted to say a big "Well Done" for service with a smile, humour and efficiency on today's midday flight from Frankfurt. Even my relatively dour seat-neighbour, a German woman, asked "are British Airways always this nice"?!! so thanks for making it easy for me to say "yeps, in my experience they are"!!
