geting facts straight
lets be fair to everyone, as stories do get exagerated sometimes.
swedish, quite far off the mark - myt stby a/c n/a due planned to operate a flight am but that delayed due optg a previous days flight that morning. so day full.
thomas cook etc etc, not even on the mark.
they new there was no cover for this flt 12 hours (min) prior so
where was the priority to not make the papers, planning planning
customer care. why didn't it go next morning as a priority?
and as for on time perf - you just get passed duff info obviously.
handovers are for information not passing the buck.
