If you are in SYD, try M.O.S.S. Australia in Castle Hill, look it up in

They have CASA approval, do life jackets and rafts etc. Their main business is Marine (I think MOSS stands for something like Marine O.....? Safety Systems). They are always helpful and can rent stuff out.
