I seriously cannot agree with you any further. From a 14 year old's point of view. HKG is a lovely place. The kids may look bad to you but I can tell you it's all fashion. I have cousins in HKG and I visit them regularly. The style they dress in looks weird to us Australians. HKG is a lively place where people love partying, having fun and catching up with style and techonology.
In EVERY country, there's kids who takes drugs. It depends on how you raise your kids. I have friends in Australia who are very good and know some at my school who are smoking and mucking around. My parents always tell me to stay away from them and I do. The bad kids are the ones that usually have no one that cares for them, their parents are too busy working and they don't get enough love. If you care for your kids, then you're ok
A pilot has half of the month away from home. During the time when you're away, it depends on your wife. If you have a good wife, then again your kids will be ok. My parents always say to me, no matter what school you go to, it all depends on the kid themselves and the parents. My mum doesn't go to work because she wants to keep an eye on me and my siblings. She's the Queen to me
. My dad comes back pretty late because he has to work and make money for his family, his children, my mum and himself. My parents are very great to me and I'm sure most parents are real great too! Take time, explain to them the bad things and good things and they will understand.
HKG is a lovely place! You won't regret living there and raising your kids
I like Sydney personally because I was born here and growing up here since I was a baby. HKG will always be my second preferance for where I want to live. I agree with all that
