I just wanted to say a big thank you to the cabin staff who looked after my family and I flying over to Mexico and back from Brussels. This occurred in April-May this year and Brittania filled in for a Belgian company that had gone bust... The Cabin Crew had to deal with irate French-Flemish speaking Belgians, and of course a good measure of rude individuals (which we all have to endure these days no matter where you fly heh?) And to top it off, on our return trip we were double booked from Cuba.... in fact 40 of us were.. and again the staff dealt with it very well, not losing their cool once (at least we didn't see it!) Anyway, I wrote a letter to the Senior/manager (whose name now evades me.. but it was given to me on Freq.) at Brittania but received no reply... so I thought if I left a message here the right guys-girls will get it?.... Again a big thank you for the way you treated us and keep up the good work!!....
