Must be the Y-12, I think they give it PT-6's and call it the "Twin Panda".
I was in Tonga 18 months ago, flew as pax with RTA. We had an engine failure in the Twotter on Christmas day, which was nice.
Didn't find one decent pub or restaurant in three weeks, and the dancing girls were decidedly average. The place is very run down and corrupt, especialy the Royal family. Lots of Chinese there, the locals hate them and throw stones at them.
Air Force #1 and #2 are a pair of beautiful old Beech 18's , they go well with the DC-3. I can't imagine there is enough work for two domestic airlines, and if the royals control one, you can forget the other.
