VB through the next 2 financial years will dictate not only your worth, but your effectiveness to run the company.
Am neither a huge fan nor strong critic of
VB, but the above is most certainly true. From a layman's viewpoint,
VB seems to have been managed reasonably well during it's rapid growth phase, but the next couple of years present the real test for the
VB management team.
