Suntek 300W approved for AMD and Pentium CPU's.
First off, I think you are running under powered for your system. I would suggest getting a good name brand Power Supply. I really like the Antec TruePower Series. (Get at least a 400W Power Supply that is from a good name brand.)

Then the easiest fix for your OS would be a repair with the Windows CD. Chances are it will run a scan of the drive, make a repair of the drive itself and then boot normally without having to go though the full repair.
