I'm no professional or anything but after scanning through some airlines sites (I'm aiming to be an airline pilot) I've found that Cathay Pacific has a Sydney base but only F/Os are allowed to live here. YBBN and YMML also has one, you start off as an S/O and after you get promoted to an F/O, you have a choice of where you want to be based but I think it's only for the A333 as that's the plane I mostly see in YSSY, not sure about YBBN and YMML.
