Really can't blame the guys for leaving the company for greener pastures.Generally it's a damn good company to work for.Great people some of them are.It's just that the top level guys are whacking all the money.
Heard a rumour that they spent millions just to set up a system that was suppose to benefit pliots but it ended up doing them more harm than good.It practically meant that the guys were more burdened with their already demanding proffesion. Plus i also heard that the person behind the show is driving some fancy car...God knows where he got the money from..hint..hint.. Sad to say all complaints and dissatisfaction were turn to a deaf ear..as usual..very typical of them.. So to the guys who wanna join ...do you think its a good idea..
