There is quite a bit of hiring going on in the Middle East, unfortunately, it is mostly experienced pilots, more often than not with a type rating and time on type on household names like Boeing and Airbus. Most of these countries also hire their own low-time nationals. So maybe there are opportunities for you in Iran, maybe not-- I don't know. There are a few airlines there, Iran Air, Mahan Airlines, Kish Airlines (there may be more, again I am not sure-- try a Google search).

If not in Iran, then I would say you direct your attention to getting a job in Canada. As daunting as the job market is in Canada, I can pretty much guarantee you that your chances are better finding a job there than in a completely foreign country (not including Iran in this description, since you have Iranian nationality), especially with your qualifications.
