belowMDA, I’ll thank you not to put words in my mouth. I didn’t say I love the interview process, I said it is any companies right to use whatever process they see fit, to choose appropriate staff. If/when I’m given a shot, I am quite prepared not to get through – If I don’t it will not be the interview at fault, but the fact that I don’t fit the profile – simple as that. If people don’t like it, they are quite free not to apply.
Is everyone so egocentric that it’s automatically the interview's fault when they miss out? That’s like blaming the testing officer when you fail a flight test, or blaming ASL for making ATPL exams too difficult.
