I take on board what you say and agree it's different horses for different courses.
ATC officers in this country as far as I'm concerned is fantastic.
But getting back to this survey, 25% have indicated they are stressed. I'm also told that NATS have been over subscribed by employees wanting to take early retirement...all of this just might be linked?
