The courses going out in the next few months aren't tagged. When you say we go into the holding pool. Is that the ATP scheme? You also say we have to have interviews and stuff, so does that basically mean we have to go through another selection process to get a job? What way does this all work? I can't see how we go into the same holding pool as the ATP scheme as we have bonds that need repayed. This is a bit worrying.
