as far as I am aware (but this is just what we were told during selection) it is still ezy and TC and some cadets may get preselected but not all. Other than that it is wait until the end for selection by an airline (or possibly during training) which could include other airlines that CTC (I think through the ATP acheme) work with. As I remeber they said if you hadn't been selected by the end you went into their 'pool' of pilots from which their some of their client airlines interview and take pilots.
