Isn't the reason for a reduced salary down to the fact that TCX or Ezy are essentially paying for your training?.
I'm not going to sit here and explain what completely different lifestyles (charter and scheduled) lead to.

Well Fred i can tell you this, if you walk into a crew room moaning about how you've got a bum deal, you will be very unpopular indeed.
You are in a priveledged position being on the CTC scheme, granted due to hard work etc, but don't go and spoil it by being greedy.
