Sorry folks, making a bit of a pig's ear of this one. I have just done another seach on the Msoft KB, and found this.
Msoft KB which describes the error apart from the fact that I am not seeing the IFSUTIL line.
However, it doesn't say how to get rid of the problem!! Where is the startup setting made?
