Apparently it was one of GW Bush's Air Force One Aircraft. It's the one he uses for puddle jumping around the states.
That sounds rather dubious. First, the US Air Force does not operate any 727s. There are two 747s. Some DC9s. The odd 737. Some G4s. No 727s. And they are certainly not chartered out. They are part of the US Air Force, flown by US Air Force pilots.
