I was there on the next stand just after it happened. The damage 'looked' like a sideways scape, but was just in front of the forward pax entry door, i.e. on the LEFT hand side.
What was a baggage trolley doing there??? It was confirmed to me that it had been a baggage trolley that caused the problem by one of our handling staff.
Far too many of the industry aircraft are damaged on the ground by ground vehicles, including steps, and don't forget the sad loss of our colleague at Manchester a few years ago.
