I came across
this article, "Changing Your Bird's Personality", and thought that I should post the link here for consideration.
I believe that the author makes a valid point: for the great majority of student pilots, their instruction is not sufficient to prepare them for typical challenges of 'real world' recreational flying in a heavily loaded airplane, especially in unfamiliar surroundings.
