Stowage space is not an issue.....read the handbaggage policy and the volumetric limit is the same as standard baggage allowance on most other carriers, which is bigger than the old eJ limit. This is certainly not a "free for all" with all limits removed......it is simply controlling handbaggage in a different way. i.e. Strictly by volume rather than by both volume and weight.
Passenger weights have been adjusted to compensate on the loadsheet, and luggage bins are well within limits even if all bins are totally filled at well above 'typical' baggage density.
