I don't know how things work in FCA, but certainly in other charter airlines you wouldnt be permamnent 767 crew anyway. As far as I know most crew are trained on both 757 and 767 or Airbus and 767. This means that you only get a few longhauls and most of the time its the good old through-the-night TFS and PMI (which FCA seem to specialise in!)
