Thats as bad as the australian guy who attempted to hijack the B717 en-route Melbourne to Launceston... found not guilty due to him having an undiagnosed mental health problem?!?!!!!!! He has been placed in mental health care but not sentenced yet... one would hope that its for as long as the appropriate jail sentence?
agreed Basil - let the jurors/adjudicators in these cases be involved in a hijack, or one of their loved ones killed, and see what their thoughts are then......
