If I am right. The ICAO convention states that the international language of aviation should be english. This includes all literature and documentation. I know for sure a leasing company would never accept the return of an a/c from lease if documentation was not in english. It's the law.

I suspect that this new AWN requires the form 1 to INCLUDE chinese.

We have had probs returning a/c from lease when form one's had a full stop in the wrong place let alone when they were in a non standard language.
