Anyway, if you get a release cert it's your responsibility to ensure it's correctly filled out and actually refers to the part it's arrived with. If it's in Chinese and you can't read it then I don't see how you can fit it.
I understand the pressures that may be forced upon someone to just get on with it in these cases but it'll only take a couple of long delays AOG before a rethink of this policy is needed?
Cover your own , there will always be a translator available later if the component you fit causes an incident , you can bet on that!
