Cabin Crew wages reflect the market. Since you are presently working for a company and accepting that wage level, you are contributing to the lowering of the market price for Cabin Crew - There is an apparently inexhaustible supply of young people who want so much to be Cabin Crew that they are prepared to work for next to nothing, or in the case of Ryanair, pay their employer for the privilege of working for them - you wouldn't believe people could be quite that stupid, but clearly they can. As long as these factors hold true,
ALL Cabin Crew will be treated with contempt by their own employers, will be paid the current market price and their profession will likely be accorded zero respect by either employers or customers.
