If you wish to fit a critical component that's came out the back door of a workshop in Dongguan after being signed as serviceable by a guy who's only qualification is being a member of the party that's your lookout! Also according to AWN 17 the Release Certificate can be in Chinese only? So non chinese speaking engineers at the airport will have to rely on other people getting it right.
Maybe someone else has a view point on this?
