Try DOSC (Dubai Offshore Sailing Club), a few Emirate sFlight Deck crew have sailing boats moored up there. Location wise, its also nearer than Jebel Ali and DIMC mooorings to where you'll most likely be living. Know that there is an website for DOSC, sorry not sure what the address is though.
