Our Altimeter procedures are as follows

Climb to FL - PF sets STANDARD, PNF stays with QNH until passing trans altitude

Descent to Altitude - PF sets QNH, PNF keeps STANDARD until passing TL

So, all passing FL /ALT are readable easily.
