Same experience for some of my friends from Ireland.
They were told that Ireland was "NOT OVERSEAS" and the 4 were charged £25 each.
From the PFA site "AIR ARRIVALS FROM OVERSEAS - FREE"
Perhaps some PFA EC member would explain the Irish situation.
