Before someone starts ranting, this question has nothing to do with tax relief.
What I was wondering is whether it was still possible to get issued with an NVQ certificate, or has this qualification has vanished without a trace. I know it is of no benifit to getting a job flying, but it would be useful to have something to show for the work that goes into an ATPL, that would be recognised outside the industry.
I have tried the obvious channels, but no one seems to know anything about it, and a lot never knew it existed in the first place.
Any ideas?
