Hi touch&go,
I'm still waiting for a definitive answer for the
018 entry, so if you could hang on a little while longer. The latest version of HJT (this one) has only been out for a week or so, and the range of this entry has been extended to find filters, so it's a new toy basically..
The other thing I find strange is that
psssyd.exe is still there. It could be related to the twaintec/mxtarget BHOs, or a new variant of the peper trojan. If you notice you got rid of one, and the other appears in it's place.
This isn't a rarity.. quite often new stuff will appear in a second log, so could you please run a new sacn and fix the following..
O2 - BHO: MxTargetObj Class - {0000607D-D204-42C7-8E46-216055BF9918} - C
WINDOWS\mxTarget.dll
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [tyxqjpbbxbfyk] C
WINDOWS\System32\psssyd.exe
then boot into safe mode and delete..
C

WINDOWS\
mxTarget.dll
C

WINDOWS\System32\
psssyd.exe
Then boot back into normal mode and go
here and run the program. You need to be online whilst doing so, to enable complete removal. Please grant it access through your firewall if prompted.
Then post a new log please.
Cheers
Liam
