A former colleague of mine confirmed the same to me Chimbu. He was from SW India & said it's not who or what you know, just how much of a bribe you are prepared to pay!
They'll need to be particularly careful who they try to
curry favour with. They may need to
sikh viable partners or their development may be
hindu'd. It's a big country so they'll need jets instead of
turban props. But, they are astute businessmen, so I'm sure the
sunil shine on them, whatever they do....
