In addition the CAA and their experience relating to fatigue has been used.
Data suggested that on day 3 moving from earlies to lates was more fatiguing than doing a constant run of earlies.
Personally by day 3 of earlies I'm more than happy to go to bed at 8pm and am not knackered during the working day.....
