Virgin Limo Pick-up Question

PAXboy sounds like Virgin has it now arranged very differently from when I travelled with them a few years back. I was and am usually a BA junkie and since the Virgin trip, due to personal/family reasons, wasn't working or travelling much until recently so am outta the loop...just remember being very disappointed with the Virgin limo service in UK.

Sorry for misinforming strake and I look forward to learning that the limo service was as anticipated!!
