Those are some of the more obscure ones I can think of. The main recent announcement from the major players has been Flybe's EXT to NCL, + NCL & MAN to SOU, but presumably not MAN to EXT - any reason why not?
And should we also be discussing the likely impact on LON to MAN / LPL routes when Virgin Trains launch their new 200kmh (yes I know they\'re all doing nearly 200mph in Europe) timetable in September?
