The good things about eJ are that you will get your hours up quickly and will have minimum time to a command, with any luck you will end up with both Boeing and Airbus type ratings. The money is good, the people are nice, the routes are varied. The company is profitable so your job security is pretty good.
You don't have to stay forever, but you should be snapped up by other airlines if you want to leave.
Another good thing about eJ is that it's not Ryanair! (so you don't have to bring you own water).
