Great airplanes and thus great learning opportunities. You have the 737-300/700 and the A319. You will learn a lot more in a multi-segment day that you would flying long-haul.
Look at it as a learning experience. If you like it, and many do, then you can stay. If not, you can find another gig later on - but at least you will have a good experience.
