The interview is split into two parts. Firstly about you, examples of how you have worked in teams, when you have taken responsiblity, what is your greatest achievement etc.. (prepare for these questions. i.e. sit down and think of good examples of when oyu have taken the lead and worked within a team etc....)
Second part of the interview is more technical and industry. You need to know:
What major changes have occurred recently in the British airline market.
Why are low-cost airlines successful
What does the future hold for low cost airlines
How do you think major carriers such as BA have coped with this.
What do you think the future holds for the charter industry in the UK.
You also need to think about such questions as:
As a FO what would you do if your captain decided to take on a course of action that was against airline rules.....
Stage 4 is now conducted on the 737-700 static sim.
You:
Take off, climb, descend. Straight and level, medium turns, steep turns (this is hard), ILS approach, landing. All IFR.
