yes i have seen a vast improvement of morale and cabin services and so far think the new cc manager is doing an excellant job.However there are a lot of issues that still need to be resolved such as flight duty pay, deadheading allowance(as we now operate tlv) travel concessions, 3 months notice on contracts, and allowances for trips.T.B keep up the good work
