The BA mob have a very professional attitude. Like every other group of people, they come in all shapes and sizes but it's the ability to do the job that counts. The new uniform makes a huge difference though, people certainly seem to be making more of an effort to be tidy.
Just an aside, when I stopped laughing at the fact that pips is clearly in a rush every time he/she touches a computer, I started wondering how much time is saved by not hitting the full-stop key occasionally.
