Yes it seems things have changed alot since I was there in early 2000???

Although I have to say the ground school side was poor. Steve drafted in Ken Holden to teach some of the instructors ground course studies which I found very ad hoc & of poor quaility. Ken should of retired years ago . The whole set up of the student paying Ken's fees & picking him up from the other side of FL didn't sit easy with me, as did other things. Things my well of changed since then. Yes Steve will bill you every dollar he thinks is owed. I spent a lot of time flying with Steve both in training & non training roles, I couldn't fault his skills.

So to sum up: Expect to pay for everything , fly with Steve if you want the best instruction & aviod the ground studies.

BTW what happened to John Weller & Richard Goodwin???

Interesting Handel N4122T, I liked PFL'ing 22T into the private strip at Steve's!!!

I'm glad I'm out of the aviation world
