Theres nothing wrong with getting on your hands and knees to arm the door of a 737, atleast you know its done despite having dirt lodged in your nails!!!!
As I have said at the present time yes you will have to work at LHR EF in order to get WW LGW, but beware things could be changing with LGW euro crews getting direct transfer but as you're probably aware anything can happen!!! And also bear in mind you'll be bottom of a very long waiting list?!?!!!
The decision is yours, it depends wether you want to move and take a risk?!
